GoodFence is a personal-data removal service operated by VFitLab (Andrew Louis Voris), based in Barrington, Illinois. This policy explains — in plain language — what information we collect, why, what we never collect, and how to get your information deleted.

What we collect, and why

For a free exposure scan: your name, city and state, and email address, submitted through our scan form. We use it to search people-search sites for likely matches and to send you your scan report.

For members: to find and remove your listings, data brokers identify people by details like these, so we keep a working file with:

• Your full name (and past names, if your listings use them)
• Email address and phone number
• Current city/state, and address history where a broker needs it to match a listing
• Date of birth — only when a specific broker requires it to verify a removal is really about you

We use this information for one purpose: submitting and tracking removal requests with the data brokers and people-search sites on our covered list, and reporting the results to you.

Payments

Membership payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe — GoodFence never sees it, receives it, or stores it. We keep only the billing records Stripe gives us (such as your plan, payment status, and last payment date) so we can run your membership.

Who handles your information

• Google — our scan form and working records are kept in Google tools (Forms and Workspace).
• Stripe — payment processing, as described above.
• The brokers themselves — a removal request has to include the details that identify your listing. We send a broker only what that broker needs to find and remove it.
• Cloudflare — hosts this website and processes standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it for anyone else's marketing. That is a permanent rule of this business, not a setting.

How long we keep it

We keep your working file while your membership is active, because re-checking and re-filing removals is the job. Free-scan details are kept so we can prepare and follow up on your report.

Deletion on request: email getgoodfence@vfitlab.org and ask us to delete your file. We will delete your personal information from our working records and confirm when it is done. A minimal billing record may be kept where bookkeeping or the law requires it.

Your choices

• Ask what information we hold about you — we will tell you.
• Ask us to correct it or delete it — we will.
• Cancel your membership anytime — see the Terms of Service.

Who this service is for

GoodFence is intended for adults (18+) removing their own listings, or a listing they are authorized to act on.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top and, for members, note the change in a monthly report email.
